IPA Merges with Multinational Firm Synaco by Synergie

IPA’s parent company genU has signed an agreement to transfer its ownership of IPA Personnel Services to Synaco, and its parent company Synergie.

This is an exciting enterprise aimed at providing greater opportunity and an even better experience for IPA clients, candidates, labour hire employees, and a more specialised workplace for IPA staff.

IPA staff and stakeholders were made aware of genU’s intention to sell IPA now a suitability qualified and highly regarded new owner has been secured, in Synaco by Synergie.

Synaco has been particularly impressed by IPA’s position as a reputable recruitment company in Australia, its 40 years’ experience, aligned client portfolio and its footprint, which will complement and expand the existing Synaco network.

Since becoming part of genU in 2016, IPA has been able to source new avenues for growth and create an impact in the community. It’s now time to allow IPA to spread its wings within a multinational specialist company with greater reach, and deeper expertise and experience in the recruitment sector.

Synaco by Synergie is part of a 55-year-old worldwide organisation. Synergie is an international group, incorporated in France, providing companies and institutions with global human resources management and development services: recruitment, temporary employment, training and consultancy. The formal handover date is yet to be confirmed, however genU, Synaco and IPA are working closely to ensure a smooth transition for all parties involved.
