About the Company

IPA are partnering with a global Investment Services company with 11 offices worldwide and a strong focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. This company is committed to reducing our carbon impact and prioritizing investor returns over shareholder returns. The business is headquartered in Melbourne, and is opening new offices globally. They are therefore seeking a talented individual to join their global Accounts Payable team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payable processes including payment runs, vendor setup, and staff expense reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations across multiple currencies and regions, including Europe, Asia, and the US.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and validate invoices for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on FX changes and financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Bank Reconciliation roles.
  • General awareness of NetSuite ERP (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong banking knowledge and experience with multi-currency transactions.
  • Familiarity with corporate environments and complex financial operations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
