Position: Administration Assistant

Location: Gepps Cross, SA

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Duration: Initial 3 month assignment, with possibility to extend

Hourly Rate: $32.72 per hour

Responsibilities:
– Perform basic administration duties to support the smooth operation of the office.
– Conduct accurate and timely data entry tasks.
– Assist in organising and maintaining files, records, and documents.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and work flow.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in administrative roles.
– Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
– Proficient in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to start immediately.
