Administration Officer – Archivist

Our client, a leading community-based organisation that provides disability, aged care, training, and employment services nationally is looking for an Administrator to complete some Archiving work. This is a temp assignment to start ASAP for 3-4 weeks, working fulltime hours, Monday to Friday. The client is based in Geelong, and you would be required to work in the office 5 days a week. The role is paying $35 + super per hour.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide high level confidential administration and archiving support, and you will be responsible for organising, documenting, and maintaining current data and documents for the client.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as an Administrator. You will possess great communication skills and be able to liaise with various stakeholders. Excellent organisation and time management skills is a must with a high level of attention to detail with the ability to think laterally. Being able to work under pressure and be able to multitask and prioritise your work is critical. You are required to have an intermediate level of knowledge with all Microsoft Office Suites.

Please note there is parking onsite for this role, and you will be required to have a valid police check. If you do not have one, then one will be completed on you if you are successful for the role.
