Administration – Procurement

IPA have a position available for a Procurement Officer to work with our client in Rockhampton.

The position on offer is full time Monday – Friday. The successful applicant will be employed by IPA on a labour hire basis.

A very attractive hourly rate is on offer, which will be discussed at the interview stages.

This position has the following responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase orders for goods and services
  • Processing Request for Price Emails
  • Processing Request for Tenders and assist with the closing of Tenders.
  • Undertake a range of procurement related projects, which may involve researching and assessing alternative strategies, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide a range of Administrative Support Functions to the procurement team.

This is a specialist role and previous experience in the abovementioned duties is preferred.
