What You’ll Do

  • Provide client-centered care, respecting their routines and beliefs.
  • Offer personalised support to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Engage in leisure activities based on client preferences.
  • Safely transport clients to programs and excursions.
  • Administer medication following policy and procedures.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene.
  • Prepare meals in accordance with Care Plans.
  • Assist with household tasks and cleaning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Monitor client well-being and report concerns.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and training.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance programs.
  • Attend team meetings and perform additional tasks as required.


  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Current Australian Driver’s License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to build relationships and possess a genuine, care-oriented nature with well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility with shift times.
  • NDIS Screening Workers Check.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
