Key Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Services Coordinator within our dynamic team, your role will encompass a range of essential duties, including:

✨ Provision of High-Quality Clinical Services:

Delivering evidence-based individual, couple, and family counseling to eligible clients.
Conducting assessments and referrals to achieve outcomes identified in care planning processes.

✨ Group Program Development:

Contributing to the development and delivery of group programs as required by the Federal Government Department.

✨ Record Keeping and Data Analysis:

Maintaining clinical records in accordance with departmental standards.
Collating and analysing data from client records to prepare reports for service delivery improvement.

✨ Program Facilitation in Rural Areas:

Facilitating the delivery of counseling and programs in rural and outer metropolitan areas.
Applying quality assurance principles to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

✨ Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaising and forming partnerships with DVA, ADF, government departments, and community organisations.
Collaborating with ex-service organisations, community health agencies, and welfare organisations.

✨ Professional Development:

Actively participating in ongoing learning and development activities.
Maintaining professional status in accordance with industry standards.

✨ Community Development and Promotion:

Participating in community development and service promotion activities.

✨ Program Evaluation and Research:

Contributing to the Fed Government Department program evaluation and research activities.
Providing feedback for the ongoing development of clinical policies and procedures.

✨ Adherence to Safe Working Practices:

Applying cooperative and safe working practices consistent with APS Values and the Department’s mission and vision.

Mandatory Requirements:

Qualification as a registered Psychologist / Mental Health Occupational Therapist / Mental Health Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration OR Qualification as a Social Worker eligible for AASW membership and Mental Health accreditation.
Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance.
