Bank Teller

Join our client’s dynamic team as a Teller! Your role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to our mission of excellence in the face to face banking services industry.

Responsibilities:

· Quality Referrals: Identify customer needs and refer complex banking issues to specialists.

· Customer Experience: Ensure superior service by following service principles.

· Teaming: Foster teamwork, share ideas, and contribute to a positive work environment.

· Operational Efficiency: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently to minimize errors.

· Compliance: Uphold ethical standards and adhere to corporate policies and procedures.

Requirements:

· Friendly demeanour and professional presentation!

· Experience with in-person customer service and cash handling preferred.

· Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask effectively across platforms.

· Knowledge of banking processes, products, and compliance.

· Engaging, positive, genuine customer centric care and focus.

· Commitment to ongoing position, reliability for shifts and flexibility to work with the team’s roster.

Details:

· Casual roster

· Approx 15 hours per week, subject to changes weekly

· $36.30/h + super
