Business Development Manager

About The Role:

I’ve partnered with one of the best and most recognised digital agencies in Queensland to hire a new position in their sales department. They are Australian owned and operated with their entire delivery team based here in Queensland (no off-shoring technical staff here). With a transparent sales process, the preference is to sell solutions to problems, making sure clients are only using services they need. This means you’ll be working with happy clients and not being asked to sell services just to raise revenue, rather taking a long term view on client partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
