Join a high achieving regional team, to manage our existing clients and candidates and business develop the Mackay region. The potential to grow this business is right there, and we are looking for a leader who will engage, and be the difference within this industry. To keep every day different and exciting will be the juggle, of managing your client portfolios to financial controls and budgets.

As the business is growing, you will assist your new team with recruitment duties, and enhance the companies profile and be involved with networking opportunities within the region. With the Mackay region at your fingertips, strong client relationships combined with a supportive and resourced team, you will quickly make your mark and reap the benefits of a very competitive commission structure.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining key accounts and building excellent client relationships
  • Develop and implement a Business Plan to impress
  • New business development and networking
  • Working collaboratively with all business stakeholders

To be successful you will be able to interact with candidates and clients through a consultative approach. You will therefore have excellent communication skills with a strong desire to enhance and market your already successful brand to guarantee financial rewards.
