About You
  • Demonstrated track record of information management
  • Demonstrated experience in cooridinating digitisation initiatives
  • Lead a team towards best practice in information management
  • Demonstrate exceptional cusotmer service
  • Tertiray qualfications in Records or Information Management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the State Records Act 2000 (WA)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of records management procedures
  • Extensive experience in a Records or Information Management role including providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Extensive experience is Electronic Document Records Management Systems
  • Experience in staff training and presenting information to a wide variety of audiences
  • Experience using Microsoft suite of products
  • Experience in using Key Words for Council Thesaurus
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
