Customer Service Assistant

Our client is searching for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service.


Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Clyde NSW
Rate: $37.41 plus super
Work Type: Full time onsite – must be flexible with hours
Contract Duration: 3-month probation to long term, immediate start.


Responsibilities:
  • Must have strong customer service and call handling experience.
  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Handle customer inquiries and identify their needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely information.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a calm and professional manner.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on call handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
