Customer Service Consultant

At IPA, our clients are seeking enthusiastic candidates for casual/temporary administration and customer service roles in Southeast Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist with data entry and document management.

– Provide general administrative support to various departments.

– Answer and direct phone calls and emails.

– Maintain office organization and supplies.

– Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

– Previous Customer Service Experience

About You

– Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
