Customer Service Officer

Our client, a prominent property and infrastructure group, stands as a leader in the industry with a global footprint. With over four decades of experience in constructing, developing, and managing Australian shopping centers, they offer a unique and integrated platform for stakeholders.

The Customer Service Officer, based in the Sydney CBD office, is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service experiences. Responsibilities include engaging with valued customers, representing our Clients esteemed brand, and providing timely assistance with inquiries, concerns, and requests related to maintenance, warranty, and services.

Pay rate: $41-50 p/h
Contract duration: TBC
Work type: Hybrid

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Commitment to following established processes
  • Genuine focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences

Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Providing accurate assistance to customers regarding maintenance, warranty, and service inquiries
  • Handling administrative tasks to support the Customer Assist Department’s smooth operation
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Maintaining professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions
