Finance and Administration Assistant

IPA have an exciting opportunity available for our Newcastle client.

Our client is looking for a Finance and Administration Assistant to join their team in Newcastle.

The successful candidate will be employed by IPA on a labour hire basis, contracted to our client.

Our client is a large business based in Carrington / Newcastle and you will be welcomed and supported by a large team.

Australian citizen or Australian residence

Duties include:

  • General administrative duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service including answering high volume of calls.
  • Assisting with payroll and HR functions
  • General experience with MS office (Excel, word & outlook)

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High level of attention to detail, initiative, and analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills – must have experience with MS Office applications.
  • Experience working in a very process driven environment.
