Location: Parramatta, NSW
Hourly rate: $34.58
Work Type: Hybrid
Contract type: 6 months initially with potential for extension


  • Process action requests from business partners and customers promptly and efficiently, exceeding expectations.
  • Contribute to building a customer-centric culture by delivering a superior end-to-end banking process.
  • Foster strong relationships across teams, sharing best practices and collaborating to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer needs.
  • Apply knowledge of banking and finance principles to daily tasks (desirable).
  • Demonstrate knowledge and application of compliance and legislative requirements.

  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written) and ability to influence.
  • Ability to build and maintain key relationships with business partners.
  • Banking and finance knowledge and experience is a plus.

  • Hybrid work model after the initial 6-week onboarding period.
