About the Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be a key player in the development and implementation of marketing activities, ensuring the company exceeds its growth strategies. This is your chance to expand your marketing skills with the support and training of a dedicated team committed to your professional and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

This role includes duties listed below, however, there is room to develop and evolve with the business:

  • Support the marketing and events team to plan, execute and optimise all marketing and communication strategies
  • Collaborate with the team to create and execute all marketing strategies to meet the KPI’s for MQLs and SQLs
  • Website updates (WordPress) including weekly checks and overall performance, copywriting and content creation and administering content updates and uploading blog / news articles
  • Contribution to all digital content, EDMs, marketing/sales funnels, blog posts, case studies
  • Manage and update the CRM (HubSpot)

About You

  • Bachelor of Business (Marketing), completion or currently enrolled
  • Minimum ONE year experience in Digital Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for design and excellent proofreading abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and proof reading abilities
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Highly organised self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Able to prioritise tasks and execute in a timely manner
  • Interest or experience with the Australian Trades and Construction industry will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and processes
  • Intermediate HubSpot or other CRM/Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva would be an advantage
  • Willingness to contribute ideas and work within the admin team to develop best practices
  • Genuinely passionate about personal and professional development
  • Happy to WFH full time MUST BE BASED IN MELBOURNE
