Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will complement their marketing team of three inhouse Marketing Coordinators and various contractors. You will have a minimum 5 years Marketing experience, be an organised self-starter with excellent short-copy skills and an eye for detail. You will assist in the development and implementation of marketing activities for this established organisation to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.

You will be comfortable with hard work, being reactive to support the team and have a passion about helping more business owners to grow their business.

Key Responsibilities

This role includes duties listed below, however, there is room to develop and evolve with the business:

  • Support the marketing and events team to plan, execute and optimise all marketing and communication strategies
  • Collaborate with the team to create and execute all marketing strategies to meet the KPI’s for MQLs and SQLs
  • Website updates (WordPress) including weekly checks and overall performance, copywriting and content creation and administering content updates and uploading blog / news articles
  • Contribution to all digital content, EDMs, marketing/sales funnels, blog posts, case studies
  • Manage and update the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Attractive Base Salary + Super + Bonus

About You

  • Bachelor of Business (Marketing), completion or currently enrolled
  • Minimum five years of experience in Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to use AI to complete tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Highly organised self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Able to execute tasks in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and processes
  • Willingness to contribute ideas and work within the admin team to develop best practices
  • Genuinely passionate about personal development and interested in developing themselves
  • Happy to WFH full time (5 days) – MUST BE MELBOURNE BASED.

Nice to Haves:

  • HubSpot or other CRM / Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Proficiency in ChatGPT, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva would be an advantage
