Our client is a large local government council in the South East of Perth, providing all essential rate payer services and employing a large volume of staff across a variety of departments

ESSENTIAL

  • Bachelor Degree in Town Planning
  • Previous experience in local government town planning
  • Great communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in managing multiple tasks
  • Current drivers licence
  • National Police Clearance valid within 12 months

ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Maintain effective communication with all team members within the planning department
  • Manage development applications
  • Liaise with general public on all planning matters
  • Manage and monitor all compliance matters
  • Manage planning appeals
