The Role

This role is for a well-established Property Group on the southside of Perth with a very busy portfolio of rentals. The aim is to deliver exceptional Property Management Services that are personalised to all valued clients.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Property Manager role
  • Current Property Manager or Sales registration in WA
  • Valid WA drivers’ licence
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrated skills in stake holder management
  • Knowledge of Property Tree (Desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
  • Demonstrated use of initiative

  • Managing a portfolio of initially 60 properties working collaboratively with the business development manager
  • Routine and final inspections
  • Manage property maintenance
  • Lease renewal and rent reviews
  • Managing home opens and end to end leasing process
  • Property condition report
