Job Description:
As a Quality Compliance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely closure of all Engineering Quality actions. Your responsibilities will include ownership of critical deviations from initiation to closure, as well as facilitating deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and investigation actions. You will conduct SQuIPP (quality impact) assessments to mitigate risks associated with deviations and other quality issues. Additionally, you will serve as the steward of the Quality Management System (Veeva) for the Engineering department, preparing for regulatory audits, and facilitating internal audits. Reviewing and updating procedures, completing required training on time, and contributing to improvement projects are integral aspects of this role.

Must-haves:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Exposure to quality systems
  • Experience with quality management and quality systems
  • Experience with a manufacturing site

Team size: 5 in the team plus manager

Flexibility: Yes, 2 days (up to 3 days) working from home

Hours: Monday to Friday, standard hours

Overtime Policy: Yes, if the person works more than 38 hours in a week, penalty rates for overtime will be paid.

Potential to extend: Possibly until June 2025 (but not guaranteed)
