At IPA we are partnering with our client, a leader in building inclusive communities, to hire an experienced individual to join their Quality, Risk, and Assurance (QRA) team as a Risk and Insurance (Integrity) Business Partner.

Position Overview:

Risk and Insurance (Integrity) Business Partner: As a key member of the QRA group, reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing specialized advice and guidance in the areas of risk and compliance management, general insurance management, internal audit management, and integrity matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing risk subject matter expertise for core operational activities.
  • Analyzing and reporting trends to enhance proactive risk management.
  • Identifying areas for improvement through risk workshops and assessments.
  • Leading the coordination of the annual General Insurance renewal process.
  • Managing high-risk insurance claims and providing expert advice and support.
  • Supporting the implementation of the Internal Audit Plan.
  • Executing subject matter expertise in fraud, corruption, and whistle-blower activities.

Key Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have qualifications in Risk Management at Diploma/Bachelor level, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate proven expertise in risk management practices. Familiarity with NDIS screening and worker orientation modules is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and lead multidisciplinary teams. Desirable qualifications include experience in Quality Management and Internal Audit.

Location: Geelong headquarters, remote working arrangements available.

Compensation Range: $115,000 – $130,000 inclusive of super.
