Due to relentless growth in a rapidly expanding sector, this is a newly created role, working closely with the Head of Sales!

My Not-For-Profit client is the key driver of social enterprise procurement in Australia. They are an intermediary that connects certified Social Enterprises with business and government members. By activating the power of Social Enterprise procurement, they create positive impact through jobs, community services and support for the most marginalised.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the membership offerings and their alignment with procurement, sustainability, and ESG.
  • Drive annual sales plan execution, ensuring key actions are implemented.
  • Support new business and government member acquisition to surpass organisational sales targets.
  • Facilitate new revenue stream sales, exceeding organisational targets.
  • Enhance industry networks to better grasp customer needs and boost sales.
  • Build a robust acquisition opportunities funnel.
  • Stay current on the business and government service delivery model, tailoring it for different members.
  • Report on sales performance, propose strategies for improvement.
  • Manage and update the Salesforce CRM.
About you
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience; “For Purpose” sales highly regarded
  • Proven track record in lead conversion and services sales
  • Proficient in B2B sales with expertise in C-Suite engagement and negotiation
  • Exceptional customer focus with strong prospecting and nurturing skill
  • Motivated to surpass targets, with a demonstrated ability to close deals
  • Enjoy establishing strong client relationships for sales success
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in commerce, marketing, promotions, sales, or business administration (Desirable)
