Scheduling Administrator

Calling all administrators who enjoy scheduling jobs and ensuring product gets from the warehouse to the customer in the most efficient manner.

Situated in Portsmith and working with a small friendly blue collar team of staff, we are currently looking to find an administrator who can take charge and use their initiative to help coordinate and schedule jobs.

Key tasks will include:

  • Job preparation and data entry using SAP
  • Creating daily run schedules for the team of tradies
  • Liaising with customers, contractors and tradies to ensure correct orders are dispatched and received.

    This is a general administration role supporting day to day functions of the business. You will be the first point of contact for customers, tradies and site supervisors and, as such, must possess great communication skills as well as be highly proficient using a computer (experience using MS Office & SAP is essential).

    This is a full time role (M-F) offering flexibility and an exciting opportunity to work with a growing friendly team of people.
