  • Degree in Business or Law or working towards
  • Experience in lease management
  • Great communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in stake holder management
  • C Class Drivers Licence
  • National Police Clearance valid within 12 months
  • Nice to have experience in GIS

DUTIES
  • Coordinate all council property and facilities
  • Coordinate all reporting on property and facilities
  • Manage all maintenance relating to property
  • Manage all leasing requirements
  • Provide leadership to team members on council property and facilities
  • Adhere to OHS guidelines
