ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Service Manager, the purpose of this 12-16 MONTH MATERNITY LEAVE role is to ensure all facets of the customer enquiries in relation to service bookings and scheduling are coordinated with the relevant team member(s).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Arrange service booking calls for customer and rental machines
  • Ensure schedule and coordination of technicians to attend customer service calls
  • Maintain and ensure new customers are loaded into the computer data base
  • Ensure all costing of jobs are completed and accurate for timely invoicing,
  • Ensure customer enquiries concerning service and aftermarket are directed and expedited to the appropriate team member in an efficient manner

ABOUT YOU

  • Ideally minimum 2 years experience in a similar role eg Rental, Service or Transport
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Computer literate with excellent data and typing skills
  • Team player
  • General office and Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and telephone manner
