Service Support Officer

My client manages and operates a network of Work Centres throughout Southeast Queensland to enable eligible employees to work closer to home. The centres support flexible working for a diverse range of employees and roles.


You will manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the work centre, to ensure the Work Centre operates effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage the online booking system (Officemaps)
  • Registration, induction and training of DWC users
  • Assist with coordinating minor works, deliveries and contractors
  • Undertake roles in First Aid/Floor warden/Health and Safety officer/hygiene promotion
  • Managing supplies and consumables
  • Assist with weekly data reporting
  • Assist with systems and technology equipment

Essential Skills
  • No formal qualifications are required
  • Demonstrated high level communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in administration and operational support
  • Good technology competency to adapt to new systems and applications

Working arrangements
  • The full-time role is based Cannon Hill, must live locally to be considered
  • Working from home is generally not possible in this role due to the concierge duties
  • Other flexible working options may be negotiated (such as flexible start and finish times)
