ESSENTIAL
  • Bachelor of Urban Planning
  • Demonstrated expertise in local structure plans , complex development applications, subdivisions, area plans and scheme amendments
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively on all planning matters
  • Strong time management
  • Expert reporting and analytics
  • Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • 3-5 years in similar role
