Temp Administration Coordinator

Position: Administration Coordinator
Work Hours: 7 am – 3 pm
Duration: Temporary, Start Date: 29/01 – End Date: 29/02

Key Responsibilities:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and managers.
– Knowledge of facilities contract management in a school environment (Desirable)
– Understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for facilities management contracts.
– Sound computer skills and working knowledge of asset and maintenance management systems.
– Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities and demands to ensure all tasks are completed.

Competencies/Qualifications:
– Current driver’s license.
– Working with Children Check.
– Police Check.
– Knowledge of incident reporting and hazard management.
– Experience in supervising project work or related discipline.
– Experience in planning support services where subcontractors are used for reactive and planned maintenance.
– Understanding of project management principles (Desirable).
– Experience and understanding of quality systems and principles
