At the chic Rock Art Events space, we proudly unveiled our redefined brand identity to our clients, candidates, and the wider IPA family. This pivotal moment wasn’t just about showcasing a new logo or introducing a catchy tagline; it was a testament to our unwavering commitment. As we stepped into this new era, it was clear that the core recruitment services of IPA remain strong. Our evolution symbolises the promise of supporting every individual’s unique career journey and the intricate paths they choose throughout their journeys.

As part of our ambitious five-year strategy, IPA isn’t resting on its laurels. While we continue to serve our existing labour hire clientele across Australia, our sights are set on broader permanent recruitment horizons. Over the coming half-decade, we will be channelling our resources and expertise into pivotal sectors, laying the foundation for exponential growth. Our assessments of the job market throughout the last three years have identified key sectors of growth within the recruitment space. Last year, we worked with Deloitte to better understand the job market trends for the next decade, ultimately identifying fields for growth unique to IPA.

The fields of IT, Healthcare, Construction, Local and Federal Government, Not-for-Profit, and essential Business Support functions such as Marketing, Finance, HR, and Administration are all earmarked for this expansion. This diversification aligns seamlessly with our renewed focus on guiding every candidate along their desired career journey’s and aiding clients in finding their perfect fit.
